Heart Forward LA facilitates exchanges between the American and Italian mental health systems involving staff, culture, training and best practices to encourage the spread of the Whole Person Care model. Whole Person Care involves coordinating health, behavioral health, and social services, as applicable, in a patient-centered manner to improve health and wellbeing through more effective use of resources.
