Conferences, Trainings, & Peer Learning Events

Convenings offer a powerful way to engage stakeholders and strengthen the work of grantee organizations. Done well, they are a strategic way funders leverage their grant dollars for maximum impact.

Community Partners has extensive experience designing, planning, and implementing conferences, trainings, and peer-learning events. With more than 20 years of experience supporting the work of nonprofit projects and funder initiatives, the staff and leadership of Community Partners embodies a wealth of expertise and a wide network of connections that informs our conference design and facilitation.

Over the years, we have learned how to design convenings that promote results-focused exchanges of knowledge and ideas, create effective settings for network-building and strengthening professional relationships, and encourage the exploration of strategies for advancing policy and practice in critical areas of civic, social, and community endeavor.

From small focused trainings to large, multi-track conferences, Community Partners has experience managing all aspects of producing these events – from detailed logistics coordination to sophisticated program planning.

Our scope of work often includes:

  • Content and curriculum development
  • Keynote and session speaker vetting and preparation
  • Planning committee support
  • Skilled facilitation
  • Seamless logistics management and implementation
  • Follow-up and assessment
