El Monte Promise Foundation prepares students at an early age for college. We believe in supporting our children to reach their full potential and our mission is to ensure a college-ready culture in El Monte. We were founded out of the California Community Foundation’s El Monte Community Building Initiative, which is investing $10 million over ten years to increase educational standards, resources, and opportunities in the El Monte region.
