George Floyd mural and memorial in South Minneapolis

We hope that the conviction of Derek Chauvin, a small but mighty display of the possibilities for accountability and justice within the policing system, brings peace to George Floyd’s family and to all who mourn him. Our hearts and alliance are with the leaders and organizations working on the frontlines to address the systemic racism that impacts the well-being, life expectancy and safety of Black lives and all People of Color. May this victory be the one that changes the world.
